Hello, I'm doing a correspondence math course and I'm just having difficulty understanding the steps to take in order to simplify this expression.
sin(pi/4)cos(pi/12)+cos(pi/4)sin(pi/12).

I would suggest that you review your angle-sum and angle-difference identities, and see which might apply.
