mean score for class is 100 with standard deviation of 15

You have just completed grading the final exams for your algebra class and find that the mean score is 100 with a standard deviation (SD) of 15. If one student has a score of 115, by how many standard deviations does his grade differ from the average for the class?

Is this as simple as SD = 15, so he's one standard deviation above? :confused:
