I will guess that your formatting is saying that the numbers after the variables are actually exponents, so the division is (n^5 - 18n^4 - 3n^3) / (n^3).

You can go in either of two ways for this division, each of which is explained and illustrated in this online lesson. But the simpler method is probably the better one in this case, because your denominator / divisor has only the one term, and everything will divide cleanly. So, after review the lesson in the link, think about the following:
