Find the zeroes of the function

Postby northstartwinkie » Sun Jul 11, 2010 6:21 am

I can't figure this problem out even after going through the book and looking online. Can someone break down step by how to find the zeroes of the function f(x)=the sq. root of (3X+2). Thank you much. Lana

Step 1: Set the functional formula (in this case, sqrt[3x + 2]) equal to zero.

Step 2: Solve the resulting equation.
