I have been trying to get the answer for this question and cannot seem to get it.
The question is [3x^2/y^2+1] +y=3x+1
The answer is [3(y^2+1)(y^2-2x+1)]/[(y^2+1)^2 -6X^2y]

your help would be greatly appreciated

$\frac{3x^2}{y^2+1} +y=3x+1$

where are you stuck?

just treat $y$ as a function of $x$ and differentiate.
