Can you name the smallest integer that can be written with two digits????

Do you mean "smallest in absolute value", or "least"?

What are your thoughts? Where are you having difficulty?

well my 1st thought was 10.... but then i thought that the question doesn't say anything about positive or negative then i thought -99 . what do you say for this answer????

I would say that you should ask what is the definition, for this exercise, of "smallest". :wink:

well it just says the smallest number that can be written with two digits.... i think the the correct answer should be -99.
