find an expression for the general term of these sequences?
C) 144, 121, 100, 81, 64, 49…
F) 2, 3, 7, 16, 32, 57…
I've been trying hard, but i can't seem to find a formula which would work for the nth term.

According to yahoo answer, these are possible general terms
ist series numbering from 1^2..is
Tn=T1+(n+1)(n-1)..or Tn=(13-n)^2..goin down the way..
2nd series is
Tn=T1+[(2n-1)(n-1)n]/6..where T1=first term
