This one works exactly like the other one:
a) Note that the five-minute markings divide the circle ("once around") into twelve sections. How many of those sections does the hand cover in going from the "5" to the "10"? How much of the circle ("once around") is this?
b) You've been given a radius and asked to find the arc length. So plug the radius and the angle you just found into the arc-length formula, and find the distance.
