Need help FAST! Due in 10 mintues!

GH(Line) bisects CF(Line), CF= 2Y-2 and CD 3Y-11. Find the length of CD, The CD is the half segment of CF. ANd i can't figure it out. Also, If Y is between X and Z, then X,Y, and Z are colllinear, is that always true, sometimes true, or false?
