Properties of a Rational Function: y=(3x+33)/(-4x^2- 42x+22)

Determine the equations of any vertical asymptotes, the locations of any holes, and the existence of any horizontal or oblique asymptotes of the rational function: y=(3x+33)/(-4x^2- 42x+22). I got the vertical asymptote and hole right, but I got the horizontal asymptote y= -3/4 and I am not sure if that's right.

no the powers are bigger on the bottom

U could use 3 & -4 if the powers are the same but theyre not
