This one is easy if you just
1) Factor out a 1/3 from each term on the left.
2) Combine what's left in parentheses.
3) Multiply both sides by 3 to clear the fraction on the left.
4) At this point you should have

a fraction. You need only reduce the fraction to lowest terms.
