Find the vertex, line of symmetry and the minimum or maximum value of f(x)=1/5(x+8)^2 + 3

To learn how to find the vertex (using a formula) and how to determine if that vertex is a max or a min value, try here. 
For a vertex (h, k), the line of symmetry will be the line "x = h".
For a vertex (h, k), the line of symmetry will be the line "x = h".
