Multiply index 3 sqrt 2 * index 3 sqrt 4.

I believe the above means the following:

. . . . . $\sqrt[3]{2}\, \times\, \sqrt[3]{4}$

If so, then note that:

. . . . . $\sqrt[3]{a}\, \times\, \sqrt[3]{b}\, =\, \sqrt[3]{a\times b}$

...and that 2*4 = 8 = 2³. :wink:
