need help solving x^2 - 11x + 36 = 6

can you help me solve this please!!!!

x -11x+36=6

By the way the floating 2 means squared i didnt know how to do it properly! :oops: please help someone!!

To study up on how to solve quadratic equations, try here.

Once you have learned the basic terms and techniques, please attempt the exercise. A good first step will be to subtract "6" from either side. This quadratic will then factor (as the product of x - 6 and x - 5), but you could apply the Quadratic Formula, too, if you prefer. :wink:
