inequality equations: how to find common number to +,-,/,* ?

How do you find the common number to add, subtract, divide, or multiply an inequality solution to make the answer true? Are the answers always supposed to be true??

I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you are asking...? :oops:

If you're wanting to learn how to solve inequalities, try starting with solving linear inequalities. If you're asking about something else, kindly please reply with clarification.
