quadratric equation: 9x squared + 3x plus 10 - 16y squared +

How would one solve a problem like this: 9x squared plus 3x plus10-16y squared +154 + 3x? I subtracted and got it down to
(X squared+ 9) (y square+ 16) but I don't know what to do next. I'm sorry for the way this looks - I typed initial on aKindle.

Do you mean it's like this?

(9x^2 + 3x + 10) - (16y^2 + 3x + 154)

How did you subtract and end up with multiplication? :confused:
