Let F and G denote functions defined by the following graphs

I was give two graphs, (F & G) I have to compute the following and I have forgotten how to do it. Here are the 2 I need to know how to evaluate:(GºF) (-3). I believe I have to solve for G and insert that number into F. However, since it is a graph I don't understand how or where to enter -3 into them.

No, (GoF) means to plug into F first. You can see how this works, including with graphs, here.
