I do not have a TI-84, I hope someone can help me.
I need to enter this into a calculator and come up with a solution up to 3 decimal points.

Any scientific, financial / statistics, or graphing calculator (and any spreadsheet, I think) will be able to provide you with the necessary decimal approximation. You may also be able to find calculators online.

My guess is that this is a typo; the instructions should have said "to three decimal places" rather than "points".
