Inequalities: graphing y - 2x >= -3, x - 3y <= 9

I'm doing graphing systems of inequalities, and I'm trying to figure out how to set up the equations to be graphed. I know I've done this before but I'm blanking.

y - 2x >-3
x-3y < 9

That's the problem, and I'm unsure how to make the equations so there's just the Y on one side of the greater/less than signs.
