I think your first line means the following:

. . . . $\sqrt{48 u^{10} v^{12} y^{5}}$

If the second line is as follows:

. . . . $4u^5 v^6 y^2\, \sqrt{3y}$

...and if it represents your simplification, then your answer is correct. :wink:
