ratio of soccer students to basketball students was 4:1

How do I set up this problem to solve? I have read the entire tutorial, and still don't understand.

On Friday, the students in a physical education class were allowed to play either soccer or basketball. The ratio of students playing soccer to students playing basketball on Friday was 4:1. What percent of the students in class on Friday were allowed to play basketball?

4:1 means 4+1=5 parts
how many parts are b-ball?
divide to get the %
