I need help with this because i dnt understand.
5/4+x=1/6 Help :confused:

Assuming you mean the following:

. . . . . $\frac{5}{4}\, +\, x\, =\, \frac{1}{6}$

...and not:

. . . . . $\frac{5}{4\, +\, x}\, =\, \frac{1}{6}$

...you can learn the basics of solving by studying this lesson.

A good first step (after studying the lesson, of course) might be to multiply through by 12. :wink:
