Solving Q 8t+3 = 15t-11, Double Check A t = 2.14

Hi everyone I was just wondering if someone could double check that I'm solving this equation right. I've done lots of examples, but I don't have an *answer* for this one, so I just want to make sure I can do it correctly with out that safety net, so to speak. Basically I want another opinion to tell me if I'm doing it right, or if I need to do more examples xD

Just a basic 'solve the equation'.

The Q. 8t+3 = 15t-11
My A. t = 2.14

8t+3 = 15t-11
3+11=15t-8t
14=7t
how did u get t=2.14??
