$\frac{5}{6}+\frac{2}{3x}=\frac{3}{4}$

then just subtract 5/6 from both sides then you can reciprocate both sides and solve for x

The process will be pretty much the same as outlined in the previous reply if your equation is as follows:

. . . . .$\frac{5}{6}\, +\, \left(\frac{2}{3}\right)x\, =\, \frac{3}{4}$

Subtract the 5/6 to the right-hand side, and simplify. Multiply both sides by 3/2, and simplify.
