Word Problems for Multiplying +/-?

Postby New2Math » Fri Oct 12, 2012 7:21 pm

Can anyone show me a good resource for practicing word problems for multiplying positive and negatives? It maybe will help me get a more solid understanding of *why*, say, a negative times a negative is a positive.

I get the process, but not sure I have a full grasp yet of the whys and wherefores. Any help is appreciated, including your own problems.
