probability problem involving time....

I am having a hard time understanding this problem....
two persons A and B are set to meet somewhere within 2 hours(120 mins)..... whoever goes first waits for 30 mins but if the other person does not show up within 30 mins, the first one leaves and hence they do not meet.....
what is the probability that they actually meet....????
