RSA Decryption

Hello,

I need to decrypt a 192-bit RSA encrypted file. I am given the public key (very large) and the file. I am a little confused as to how to do this? Where should I start? Never really got any instructions, just a "do it" Any help would be great.

Your correspondent (who presumably desires that you be able to correspond securely) may be able to advise. Also, there are many articles available online.
