D = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8}
E = {1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10}
F = {0, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 11}
X = {0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12}

Given the universal set X what is A^C?

This problem was given as a practice problem but we have not covered anything about A^C in class. Any help explaining what this question is asking would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

According to this, the A^C means "A complement". According to this, you take the "universe" and cross off every element that is in A.
