Need help finding the derivative (exponential)

Hi, I need helping finding the derivative of a exponential natural log with a constant in front. An example will explain my assistance much better.

For example: g(x)=2e^x

would the answer be just that, g'(x)= 2e^x, due to the constant being in front of e^x and the fact that the derivative of e^x is e^x?
