The "tilt angle" is $\theta$. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. They give the equations.

I know elevation angle or tile angle for single unit. which varies from morning 9AM (-45 degree) to +45 degree @ 4pm
spacing between two stricture are 3200 mm,
height of panel or obstacle is h=1200 mm.
Question here is how to calculate D , D' and alpha new after implementing.
