Yes it is because the arctangent is tangent^-1 which if yu have the angel pie/2 then it becomes -pie/2

Yes, the inverse of Tangant and archtangent are the same; The archtangent of 0 would be 0, and the archtangant of 1 would be pi/4.

Actually yes they are, both the"inverse tangent" and "arctangent" are wquivalent to tan^-1
