I'm having trouble with these two problems

inequalities using both principles, here are the problems can you please help to gain understanding

1. - 3z - 7 > - 4z + 1

2.- 8r + 8 <or equal to - 2r(3r - 9)

Sorry about that don't know how to put the correct sign in there so I spelled it out.
