y=7 is y=0x+7 so m=0
then do y-4=0(x-1) & simplify to get eqn

u can do the mixed numbers by timesing the bottoms buy the numbers & then adding
like 2 1/4=4*2+1/4=8+1/4=9/4 then do the plussing or whatever

i think u subtract to find miles then div by mpg to find gals????
