Dharshini S. ...I usually try to teach a topic in at least three different ways so that the person will have the choice of what makes sense to them. I have found that, because of big class sizes, students are only taught one way of looking at material. And, if they struggle to understand it or if their teacher is not very good at explaining the matter then they are overlooked and the class moves on.

Kelly C. ...I am a huge advocate on helping the students become more independent and to think outside of the box. I love tutoring because I love seeing my students grow on a daily basis. It is also gratifying to hear the excitement in their voice when they do well on a test or receive positive feedback from their teachers and/or peers.
