In many high school physics courses the most difficult material comes near the start of the course. ...All of my tutoring experience has been on a voluntary basis. In high school, when I tutored, it mainly consisted of 1:1 sessions, with occasional 2 or 3 student sessions. These students ranged from 7th grade to 11th grade (12-16 years). In college, about 65% of my tutoring time was spent in 1:1 sessions, helping students keep their grades up. (read more)
