My name is Jeremiah and I have been teaching middle school math for the past four years. My certification consists of mathematics 4-8 with a specialty in working with low performing students. At the beginning of 2010-2011 school year, I inherited students with a 0% passing rate and on the spring 2011 TAKS assessment more than 50% of the students met standard.

I was in varsity track and cross country in high school, and was the team captain for my senior year. I ran cross country for my freshman year in college and have since then completed 5 marathons plus other various races.

It is important to formulate an answer first (as if it were an open ended question) and then use methods to eliminate other answers. Continuous time spent studying these subjects will effectively help to prepare them for the TAKS test, which will eventually be replaced by the STARR test.
