When I tutor my students, not only do I focus on improving immediate grades. I also do everything I can to help the student understand the material on a deeper level so that their foundation for future topics is strong. I am a former Wall Street quant with degrees in Math, Computer Science and Finance. I have been tutoring since my days on the Math Team at Stuyvesant HS.
