...I believe that the student can do the work but has difficulty understanding the teacher's teaching strategy. What I try to do is ask the student to tell me what they are doing and go through and explain where they went wrong so I am not reteaching them information they already knew. I have a very easy going personality and will spend as much time on a problem as the student needs.
