Shannon H. ...Listening to a lecture on how to clone DNA or identify a chemical functional group through infrared spectroscopy was useless for me. I didn't understand until I did it in a laboratory setting. So I am comfortable talking about topics, but also given examples, showing videos, asking questions, etc, to ensure that you actually learn and understand the material.

Shannon C. ...Please inquire!I tutor algebra I and II for high school and college students. My personal work requires extensive use of algebra and other formulaic math. My personal weakness in algebra is matrices - I'm proficient with them, but I'm not very found of them, as most problems you would solve with matrices can be solved with other, much easier algebra operations.
