A great teacher will almost show science off at first to "wow" the student, get them interested and engaged, then skillfully move through a fluid lesson plan. ...It was fun also to see their happy faces when they got their papers back with good grades. In my classroom everyone was carefully monitored individually so that by the end of the school year they all passed onto the next grade.
