Ed L. ...This is something that not every tutor or test prep center can provide. The ACT mathematics test is a 60-question, 60-minute, multiple-choice test. A rough distribution of questions is Pre-Algebra (20%), Algebra I (15%), Geometry (40%), Algebra 2/Trigonometry (25%). My approach to prepare a student to get good ACT Math score has a sports analogy – learn good techniques and a lot of practice.

Melissa G. ...My experience tutoring a blind student was one of the most rewarding because I had to explain very visual concepts using innovative teaching methods. Emily L. ...My teaching style is question-based, because I want you to be teaching yourself as much as I teach you, to give you the tools to learn independently. I am qualified to tutor students of all ages, but I can be particularly helpful in AP test-taking for high school students. I have devoted my life to science after being inspired by a great elementary school teacher.
