...I draw upon my wide experiences to provide real-world examples that pertain the subject at hand to help the student make additional connections. My favorite part about tutoring is seeing the student have that "Ah Ha!" moment when it all clicks and becomes easier. ...My approach is based on modeling and I am gifted at determining where students started to get lost in the material. I have tutored pre-algebraic concepts since I took algebra originally as a middle schooler.
