...I spend time going over deadlines in detail and talking to them about early decision, early action, and rolling admissions. I tell my students to work on their essays and the Common Application during the summer so that once the school year starts, they have that much less to do. In addition to that, I discuss with students which teachers and advisers they ask for letter of recommendation. (read more)
