When I was younger I was a bit intimidated by math, but thanks to some great teachers I learned to love it. I aced the Calculus BC exam, scored 750 on my Math SAT and 780 on the GRE, and it's been a love affair ever since.

The love of math and all things technical led me to pursue a college degree in mechanical engineering. While in college, I took many more classes in math like linear algebra, differential equations, and numerical methods.
