Robert D. ...The approach I take with students is a "hands-on" approach. I model how a particular question will be answered, but I believe the student needs to work on the problems themselves. I guide when I feel it may be necessary, but I explain to the students that I won't be there when they take a test so they must work to the best of their ability without my help.
