...I explain, demonstrate, ask a lot of questions and then like to watch the students do work. From my experience, I know there are often multiple ways to do a problem and certainly multiple ways to explain it. I also realize that with a student that is having difficulty it takes time for things to "click" and so I am very patient. (read more)
