Shannon H. ...Listening to a lecture on how to clone DNA or identify a chemical functional group through infrared spectroscopy was useless for me. I didn't understand until I did it in a laboratory setting. So I am comfortable talking about topics, but also given examples, showing videos, asking questions, etc, to ensure that you actually learn and understand the material.

This language is not just a matter of memorization, and is not so incomprehensible as people often think. Greek is the immortal language of the sciences and is the origin of many English words.
