Rick O. ...This includes significant time spent with autistic kids primarily at the high school and junior high level. I get along well with these kids because I take pains to convey respect for them, I can usually get them to focus, and I'm willing to be patient and to repeat things over and over again until they sink in. I find autistic kids to be an interesting challenge.
