Brian P. ...Prealgebra is the basis for all math courses to follow, and I understand how important it is to solidify these concepts early. I emphasize the good habits that will lead to success in higher level courses. My belief is that the key take-away from this course is the logical thinking that is emphasized.

Tristain H. ...I've taught in classrooms, over the kitchen table, and online. In my experience the online platform is by far the best. We cover more material faster, it's much more convenient for our schedules, and I can email you PDFs of all of the problems that we did.

Alex H. ...I think it detracts from the educational gain because of increased stress and anxiety. A more laid-back interaction in my experience helps the student open up and be willing to be aggressive with the questions they ask, which helps determine where their gaps in knowledge are. Another one of my strengths as a tutor: I understand what it feels to struggle in the subject.
