...I have taken true physics courses up to the 200 level in college, and engineering courses up to the 500 level, and feel confident teaching the whole breadth of the subject. Prealgebra is the basis for all math courses to follow, and I understand how important it is to solidify these concepts early. ...When I took a math class on Differential Equation (DiffEq), I thought it was easier to understand than Calculus. In this DiffEq class, I learned about how to solve first-order differential equations that describe systems such as population growth and the harmonic oscillator. These differential equations even involve imaginary numbers and eigenvalues and eigenvectors. (read more)
